By using Selectic you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
The service
Selectic is outreach infrastructure: you direct an AI agent (via MCP, from Claude/ChatGPT or our API) to call, text, or email businesses on your behalf, and we return the transcripts, recordings, and replies.
Acceptable use
You may use Selectic only for legitimate, user-directed outreach. You must NOT use it for spam, bulk cold-contacting, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, for the content of your messages, and for complying with all applicable laws — including telemarketing/TCPA rules, anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM), and call-recording consent laws (including two-party-consent states). Honor opt-outs (e.g. “STOP”). Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.
Accounts & access
You sign in with Google or email and authorize Claude, ChatGPT, or another client to act on your behalf via OAuth. Keep your account credentials and connected sessions secure — you’re responsible for all activity under your account. You can revoke a connection at any time, and should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Billing
Selectic is pay-as-you-go from a prepaid balance. New accounts may receive promotional free credit, which has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may expire. Charges for consumed usage (call minutes, messages sent) are final and non-refundable. Prices may change with notice. You’re responsible for any third-party charges you incur through your own connected accounts, if applicable.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that a business will answer or respond, that any information obtained is accurate or complete, or that automated navigation and AI-generated speech will be error-free. Verify anything important independently.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selectic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse. You can stop using the service at any time.
