Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and everything linked to it at any time. Deletion removes your profile, game progress and conversations with characters. Records we must keep by law (for example, purchase receipts) are kept only as long as required.

In the game

• Mystery Lab (iPhone and Facebook): Profile → Delete Account → confirm. Deletion is immediate.
• Negotiate: Profile → Delete Account → confirm.
• Solitaire World League: see solitaireworldleague.com/support.

By email

Write to hello@selectic.ai with the subject “Delete my data”, name the game, and tell us how you sign in (email address, Apple, Google or Facebook). We confirm and delete within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Facebook players

Our Facebook games receive only an app-specific player ID from Facebook — never your name, photo, friends or email. To remove it, use Delete Account in the game, or remove the game in Facebook (Settings → Apps and websites → Instant Games) and email us; we will delete everything linked to that player ID.
